Board election etc.

In the supervisory board meeting on 29 May 2013, Gjensidige Forsikring ASA held a Board election and election of Chairman and Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board and auditor. 

All Board members up for election were re-elected. 

The Board consists the following members:
Inge K. Hansen, Chairman of the Board
Trond Vegard Andersen
Hans-Erik Andersson
Gisele Marchand
Mari T. Skjærstad
Per Arne Bjørge
Mette Rostad
Gunnhild H. Andersen, employee representative
Gunnar Mjåtvedt, employee representative
Kjetil Kristensen, employee representative 

Lotte Kronholm Sjøberg was elected as deputy member for the employee representatives.

Bjørn Iversen was re-elected as Chairman of the Supervisory Board and Hilde Myrberg was re-elected as Deputy Chairman.

 KPMG was re-elected as external auditor. 

All elections were according to the proposals from the Nomination committee.
